Key areas covered in the project:
- Analysis of all Client's operations concerning the back-office and supplementary processes.
- Interviews with all staff located in the HQ.
- Assessment of the Client's HR capabilities.
- Review of the existing organizational structure, key stakeholders, and their functions.
- Audit of commercial operations concerning Client's core business and supplementary activities (corporate procurement, relations with suppliers)
- Analysis of the Client's financial capabilities.
- Identification of existing weaknesses, bottlenecks.
- Recruitment of new team members to meet strategic goals of the management.
- Analysis of the business environment core for the Client.
Deliverables:
- A set of recommendations and supportive actions for the Client's owners and top management.
- 15+ new professionals recruited (top- and managers, functional specialists).
- Commercial and financial audit of the Client's business.
